Join us this summer for an exciting one week post-MF-4 elective!
We will be exploring:
- The History of Medicine with hands-on use of objects, texts, and interviews to know our past
- Graphics Medicine, a new genre that expresses narratives of patients, physicians, and caregivers through image and text
- Medical Anthropology and how to interview, understand illness narratives, and non-Western medical traditions
- Art and Medicine with art as expression and art analysis to build clinical skills
- Theatre and Medicine to build empathy and professionalism
- Film to understand patients and ourselves
